All-new Honda CB300R Price In Nepal- What We Know So Far!

Overview

At India Bike Week, Honda unveiled an upgraded CB300R BS6 (Euro 5) certified. In India, the naked motorcycle will be available in January 2022.

For comparison, the BS4 model costs Rs 2.41 lakh. From February 2019 until April 2020, the CB300R was available in India before being phased out due to BS6 restrictions.

Before we dive in, here are the three major highlights of the New CB 300R:

The Honda CB300R is based on the Honda CBR300R, but it has the style of the current CB1000R, giving it a neo-retro café-racer look that is highly appealing.

In addition, the CB300R includes features such as all-LED lighting, Disc brakes on both ends to perform the braking chores, and it also has dual-channel ABS.

Furthermore, the gasoline tank has a capacity of 10 liters, and the kerb weight is only 143 kilograms.

The suspension and brakes appear to be the same as the previous model. However, the fork seems to be finished in gold color. In addition, the radiator cowl seems to be darker than before.

The front brakes are a radially-mounted 4-piston caliper, while the back brakes are a floating caliper.

The tyre sizes are standard, with a front width of 110mm and a rear width of 150mm. The front suspension is standard, with inverted forks, and the rear suspension only features preload adjustability.

Engine Specifications

Honda CB300R Price in Nepal

A 286cc four-valve, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled DOHC motor powered the BS4-spec CB300R. This engine produced 30.4 horsepower at 8,000 revolutions per minute and 27.4Nm of torque at 6,500 revolutions per minute.

The new BS6 model’s characteristics have yet to be revealed by Honda. They are likely to be very similar to the BS4 model, but the BS6 model is expected to produce less power.

The Honda CB300R will come with 6-speed manual gear transmission.

Color options

Matte Steel Black and Pearl Spartan Red will be the two colors available. It competes with the KTM 390 Duke, BMW G310R.

Price 

Despite being a CKD product, the pricing was Rs 2.4 lakhs ex-showroom India.

However, Honda has decided to raise the price by a few thousand rupees.

The expected price of Honda CB300R is Rs. 10 lakhs to 12 lakhs in the Nepali market.
