“Sharon Osbourne Faces Tough Choice After Honoring Ozzy’s Wishes”

The Black Sabbath legend passed away at the age of 76 in July, after a long battle with Parkinson’s disease and other health issues. His family shared the sad news, and fans in his hometown of Birmingham turned out in large numbers for a public farewell. Sharon and their children—Jack, Kelly, and Aimee—also attended the funeral procession.

Before his passing, Ozzy made a very personal request: he wanted to be buried under a crabapple tree in the garden of the family’s Buckinghamshire estate, joking in his 2009 autobiography that it would allow his children to “make wine out of me and get completely wasted.” Sharon has honored this wish, laying him to rest at Welders House.

Now, with their children and grandchildren living in Los Angeles, Sharon finds herself grieving mostly on her own. Sources tell the Daily Mail that she feels torn between staying close to Ozzy in the UK and returning to the U.S. to be near her family.

“She is heartbroken,” a source shared. “She thought she’d be caring for Ozzy longer in the UK, but now she’s alone. Kelly, Aimee, and Jack were around for a while, but life moves on, and they gradually returned to their own lives.”

The source added, “She’s facing the reality of living without her children close by, but leaving Ozzy is just as painful. She can’t be in two places at once, and her devotion to him makes the choice incredibly hard.”

Friends hope Sharon will soon decide to reunite with her family in the U.S., especially with her birthday approaching. “She won’t want to celebrate alone,” the insider said. “She needs the comfort of the family she loves.”

This emotional moment comes just a month after Sharon shared Ozzy’s heartbreaking final words about his fans, adding another layer of poignancy to her grieving journey.
