Livy, a 22-year-old server from West Virginia, captured hearts on American Idol with an audition that blended her incredible vocals and playful personality. Known for singing at Texas Roadhouse to celebrate guests’ birthdays, Livy’s talent first went viral on TikTok, sparking excitement that led her to audition for the show.
Before singing, Livy greeted the judges with her signature energy, bringing Texas Roadhouse rolls, cinnamon butter, and peanuts. “Today for the judges, I’m bringing the energy, the rolls, and my personality,” she said, delivering a warm, humorous intro.

Her real name is Olivia Spino, and she also shared a funny moment about her mom, Maria, a huge Luke Bryan fan. “Luke, my mom thinks you’re the sexiest man alive,” she laughed, adding that Maria might have a heart attack seeing him.
Dressed in a red button-up, black jacket, black jeans, and red sneakers, Livy performed Carrie Underwood’s “Love Wins.” Her emotional delivery impressed the judges. Luke Bryan encouraged her to soften her powerful chorus, allowing the emotion to shine through. Carrie Underwood gushed, “Your softer side and your powerful side—yes for me.” Lionel Richie joked about being full from the snacks but gave her an emphatic “yes,” praising her magic.
All three judges voted Livy through, earning her a golden ticket to Hollywood Week in Music City. Her mom got the added thrill of meeting Luke Bryan in person.

Excited for what’s next, Livy declared, “I’ve worked my butt off for this. Now it’s my turn. Let’s give them a big Texas-sized yee-haw!”
