An All-Star Tribute to a Country Legend
Before Alan Jackson took the stage, some of the biggest names in country music gathered to honor his incredible legacy.
The star-studded lineup included Jake Owen, Little Big Town, Riley Green, Lee Ann Womack, Jon Pardi, Miranda Lambert, Cody Johnson, Luke Bryan, Thomas Rhett, Eric Church, Carrie Underwood, Luke Combs, and Lainey Wilson.
Each artist performed in tribute to Jackson before joining together for a special rendition of “Pop a Top,” creating one of the night’s most memorable moments.
Carrie Underwood then introduced the country legend with heartfelt words that reflected the feelings of everyone in attendance.
“We are all here tonight to celebrate the country music giant, Mr. Alan Jackson. Alan, we love you. There is nowhere we would all rather be than right here with you as you take the stage one last time. It’s going to be a special night!”
A Farewell Fans Will Never Forget
Following a brief weather delay, Jackson delivered nearly two hours of timeless hits that spanned his legendary career. One of the evening’s biggest highlights came when fellow country icon George Strait joined him on stage for an unforgettable two-song performance.
Jackson initially closed the show with his signature anthem “Chattahoochee,” leaving the stage as fireworks lit up the Nashville sky.
But the celebration wasn’t over yet.
Responding to thunderous cheers from the crowd, Jackson returned for a final two-song encore, performing “Mercury Blues” and “Where I Come From” while another spectacular fireworks display brought the historic evening to a fitting close.
More Than Just a Live Album
For fans who couldn’t attend—or those who simply want to experience the emotion all over again—the live CD offers a chance to own a piece of country music history.
And that’s not all. Jackson’s farewell concert will also air on NBC later this year, giving millions of fans another opportunity to witness the unforgettable final performance of one of country music’s greatest storytellers.
As one chapter closes, Alan Jackson’s music—and the memories from his final concert—will continue to live on for generations of country music fans.
